Ensuite terms and conditions
Below are the conditions established by the management of Ensuite, the commercial name represented by Mr. Guillermo Dávila Ponce de León Maldonado, acting on behalf of the management company Ensuite, with ID number 79021656G and registered address at Calle Blanca Paloma Nº3 4A, 29640, Fuengirola, Málaga, hereinafter referred to as ENSUITE.
By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that any damage caused by you or any person staying in the apartment will be deducted from your security deposit, and you will also be liable for any damage exceeding the deposit amount.
Security deposit
A €500 deposit will be required during check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided that:
- Each apartment is returned in good condition, fully equipped according to the inventory (available in the property) and in proper working order. The cost of repair or replacement for damage, breakage or loss will be deducted from the deposit.
- The apartment is left tidy and presentable; dishes and appliances must be clean and stored correctly. Additional cleaning or rearrangement charges may be deducted from the deposit.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning charge deducted from the deposit.
- Guests must comply with ENSUITE house rules (see below).
- Only registered guests may access the apartments. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. ENSUITE may cancel the stay without refund if unregistered guests are found.
- Pets or animals are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning fee.
House rules – Ensuite
Check-in / check-out
Check-in: 17:00 – 23:00. Check-out: before 11:00.
Guests must inform their approximate arrival time in advance. If arrival is later than 23:00, instructions will be provided for access to the reserved apartment.
Guests arriving after 23:00 must present themselves at the property the following day to complete registration. Access may be restricted after 11:00 if departure time has not been communicated.
Number of guests
For safety reasons, the number of guests must not exceed the number registered in the reservation.
Behaviour
Respect other guests and neighbours. Avoid noise, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Loud music or disturbances are not permitted. Guests must use the apartment responsibly and behave respectfully in common areas.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property except on the terrace, where permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Responsibility
Contact us immediately if there is any damage or incident in the apartment. Our maintenance team will attend repairs promptly. Do not attempt to repair appliances yourself; you may be held liable for resulting damage.
Complaints
ENSUITE is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as noise from nearby construction or noise from other guests.
Cleaning
Keep common areas clean. Additional cleaning during the stay may be requested subject to availability and extra cost.
Security
The building may be equipped with CCTV in common areas (entrance, corridors), not inside apartments. In case of serious incidents or public disorder, ENSUITE may cancel the stay without refund.
Personal data
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law for the provision of services. Only staff and providers who need access for service delivery will have access. You may exercise your rights of access, objection, rectification and erasure as provided by law.
